Twenty years of vision
The farm began as a plot bought in instalments, scrubland with large stones, one of which is still on the property. At the opening barbecue, people asked, disappointed, why anyone would buy “that”. It is what it is today thanks to a vision no one else could see at the time.
It was meant for rental from the moment the land reached its current size, but the canyon had no tourism yet, and demand came later, as the area grew. Today more than twenty years of experience stand behind every booking.

Where we are
Villa Vanessa is in the Pico de Oro district, kilometre 11 of the Combeima canyon, about twenty minutes from the centre of Ibagué. The road is good and the area is well travelled: it feels far from the city without being far.
The property covers one to two hectares, surrounded by mountains and close to the Combeima river. It is cooler here than in Ibagué, which is a good part of the reason to come.
